I’m really surprised by the amount of juice they squeezed into those tiny tubes! When I think about how much sugar was actually in one of those tubes, it makes me cringe a little. Remember the Minute-Maid Icees you would get on a hot summer day? I remember my mom always getting these for me from the grocery store, and I was absolutely ecstatic. I don’t remember feeling as sick when I was a kid as I do now… Minute-Maid Icees Nowadays, eating at McDonald’s just isn’t the same anymore. I remember I would be so excited when my mom said we were going to McDonald’s because I knew I was getting a transformer toy. Nothing scream nostalgia like the Happy Meal transformers you would get at McDonald’s. You may have gotten a splinter or two, but hey, what’s a little fun without sacrifice? I actually think I saw one in a park the other day that had kids on it, so I know they’re still around! McDonald’s Happy Meal Transformers

I remember these wooden playgrounds back when I was a kid, and they became THE hangout spot for all the cool kids back in the day. That kind of takes the nostalgia away from it now, but it still brings back memories. Apparently, they make clear devices for prisons, so the inmates can’t smuggle stuff inside them. Remember when everyone was obsessed with everything clear? From clear staplers to clear cell phones, nothing says nostalgia like being able to see every single item that made the object work. If you’ve ever heard the phrase “WOODEN SPOON!,” you know what I’m talking about. I’m sure your mom still has this lurking around her house somewhere. It’s a classic two-item Tupperware set consisting of a pitcher and a textured container. I guarantee you know at least one mom that had this Tupperware set. Now that I think about it, that’s probably for the best. Nowadays, they have healthier food options because of childhood obesity. I bet you this meal was completely unhealthy, but when you’re a kid, you never worry about that stuff. If you were anything like me, you got your pizza, some chocolate milk, a fruit cup, corn, and a mini pretzel roll with a packet of mustard. I remember when I went into the cafeteria on pizza day, it felt like Christmas had arrived. If you didn’t have pizza day in elementary school, then you missed OUT. Heck, I even had a My Buddy and Kid Sister myself! All my friends would come over, and we would play with our dolls, and play pretend house. The My Buddy and Kid Sister were all the rage when I was growing up. If you’ve ever seen Chuckie, then you know what I’m talking about. I still love using this dish today, and it gives me such a strong sense of nostalgia when I use it. I honestly still have this dish now! I remember when you’d go over to your friend’s house, their mom would bring out the casserole, and 100% of the time, it was in this dish. Common Casserole Dish That Every Family Had However, with all the organic, gluten-free, vegan food items they have now, I highly doubt you’ll be reaching for the Kid Cuisine. I still think you can buy these at Walmart for $2, if I’m not mistaken. Nevertheless, it’s a classic 90s food for a reason. It also came with corn, but I definitely remember not getting corn in it, even though it was advertised on the box. I remember asking my mom to specifically get the one with the brownie in it, because it was basically a melted mound of chocolate. Who needs a home cooked meal when you can eat Kid Cuisine? I always used to love these as a kid, even though they are so not good for you.
